We are so excited to be offering our first annual Collegiate Summer Pitching Program on-site at OGX in Orland Park, IL. The program will be eight weeks long and athletes will be able to select a start date of their choice beginning on any of the following dates: 5/31, 6/6, and 6/13. We will only be opening the program this year to a limited number of pitchers to allow for maximum attention and individualization.
This program is ideal for any collegiate pitcher looking to use the summer to continue to develop whether the goals are learning a new pitch, gaining velocity, sorting out any pain, or generally just becoming a better athlete.
Each athlete will begin with a full S2 assessment including mobility/movement assessment, biomechanics and ball-flight data. This will help determine the course for a fully individualized program including strength and conditioning and pitching. Regular monitoring will occur for every pitcher including: mobility, speed and power, ball-flight data, high speed camera, etc.
The individualized programs will correspond with up to six days a week of training with strength and conditioning and pitching separated into AM and PM sessions as necessary.
In addition to full programming and oversight, the pitchers will have access to regular educational components to educate the athletes on the purpose behind their programs.
We’re very excited to offer this and truly believe programs like this will help elevate softball even further! For pitchers that will be moving here for the time frame of the training, we will put them in contact with each other should they prefer to team up for housing.
If you are interested in participating, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org today.
Don’t wait! We anticipate this program to sell out quickly.
