The Bet On Me Fellowship is OGX’s immersive, paid opportunity for aspiring softball coaches and performance professionals who want real experience inside a high-performance training environment.
If you are serious about developing your craft, understanding applied biomechanics, and learning how athlete development systems operate day to day, this fellowship was built for you.
The Bet On Me Fellowship is an 8 to 10 week hands-on development experience inside OGX’s data-driven softball performance system.
This is not an observational internship.
It is applied learning inside an active training environment.

The program is intentionally designed in two phases.
Location: Romeoville, Illinois

This onboarding block ensures every fellow understands how OGX operates before stepping into a specialized role.
During this phase, fellows:
This is where foundation and standards are built.
After the immersion block, fellows transition into a track based on fit and organizational needs:
Placement may occur at a different OGX location depending on availability and performance.
In this phase, fellows deepen their applied experience, increase responsibility, and contribute directly within their department.
This is a paid opportunity designed to invest in the development of future professionals.
Throughout the fellowship, participants will:
The fellowship environment is active and physically demanding. Fellows should be prepared for standing, walking, demonstrating movements, throwing, lifting, and engaging fully in daily training operations.
